In light of this need:
Fluidair was founded, the first
“Air Bank” that offers its clients a zero percent
interest finance facility which also includes
and guarantees all the mandatory maintenance of
the supplied equipment for the duration of an
“Air Contract".
What is an Air
Contract?
An Air Contract is an agreement/partnership
between two companies. The “User” and “Provider”
to manage their joint acquisition, the
compressed Air Plant.
Would that not be
a very expensive way of obtaining compressed
air?
The answer is definitely
NO!
When you acquire compressed air form Fluidair you
acquire the use of the equipment for a
predetermined period of time only! Before
considering ownership, a choice is available if you
are fully satisfied with the performance of the
equipment.
Safe Haven:
The “User” has the Peace of mind that the
equipment is being correctly maintained strictly in accordance with the original
manufacturers recommendations. While Fluidair the Systems
Provider and your technology partner, ensures
that, your mutual investment is protected from
initial installation right through to the final
financial installment.
The correct product at the right time at the right
price.
Cost Saving
Solutions:
The “User” provides the financial resources
while
Fluidair the “System Provider” offers the
financial expertise and technical knowledge to supply the
most suitable package and most importantly to
|
ensure that the equipment always
operates at optimum efficiency, which means: its
Environmentally Friendly and offers maximum
money and energy saving without hidden costs!
Service Provider:
The back-up is offered by the “Service Provider” Arthur Rushmer Engineering CC
while Fluidair Contracts CC co-ordinates and regulates the maintenance aspect
with the help of ARE management system - accredited through Lloyds register,
while maintenance is conducted by fully qualified ARE trained technicians.
The “users” only responsibility is to ensure
that the equipment is inspected daily and
cleaned regularly.
Technology solution:
All the
Operating Parameters of the Air Contract are
monitored under the auspices of a Service
Protocol ITC 2003/1.
Simply meaning that all data pertaining to a
particular Air Contract is constantly captured
digitally and stored in the Fluidair Archive system
called DIG for general and obviously legal
purposes and references.
How is the
protocol managed?
This is simply achieved by ensuring that the
service provider nominated to the contract is
constantly monitored by Fluidair to make sure that
every single service and spare used for the
mandatory maintenance on the equipment is
accounted for and supplied by the original
manufacturer. Also installed correctly and at
the appropriate time as specified by the
original manufacturer.
